This includes:
• Remove all items from countertops, shelves && shower/tub.
• Dispose of expired products/empty containers (if asked to).
• Dust light fixtures && remove cobwebs.
• Wipe down walls&& steam clean shower walls to remove soap scum/mildew .
• Clean windows inside and out && window sills and tracks.
• Clean mirrors
• Scrub bathtub w an all purpose cleaner (or a your choice of cleaner)
• Wash shower curtains and liners (if asked to) or replace them if mouldy (owners expense for liners)
• Remove and soak the shower head in vinegar to remove mineral deposits scrub with a brush.
• Wipe down glass doors with glass cleaner or a vinegar solution.
• Scrub the sink and faucet, I use a toothbrush for small crevices around the faucet or a steam cleaner; depending.
• Clear and wipe down counter tops.
• Scrub toilet bowl with a toilet brush and flush.
• Wipe down the exterior of the toilet including the tank handle and base with a disinfectant.
• Clean the seat and lid thoroughly ensuring all surfaces are disinfected.
• Sweep in mop floors with extra attention to edges and corner.
• With owners consent I empty cabinets and drawers, wipe down the Interiors with an all-purpose cleaner.
• Remove and clean air vent covers, dust and vacuum Inside the vents if possible.
• Clean route lines with a grout cleaner or steam clean the grout. (Depending on how bad it is.)
• Dust and clean light fixtures. replace burnt out bulbs (owners expense).
